Footwear:
Boots or running shoes, Camping shoes, Socks – Nylon thermal, Plus fours and light cotton for under plus fours
Clothing:
Down or fiber- filled Jacket, Jumper, hiking shorts and skirt, poncho, sun hat, underwear, swim wear, cotton or corduroy pants, cotton T-shirts, down filled pants, nylon windbreaker, nylon wind pants, long underwear, woolen hat, gloves and gaiters.
Other Equipments:
Kid bag, sleeping bag, water bottle, torch
Miscellaneous items:
Toilet articles, toilet paper and matches, sun-block, towel, laundry soap, sunglasses snow-glass, day pack, medical and first aid kid.
Optional items:
Camera, altimeter, thermometer.

Health and Hygiene:
Simple proven standards of hygiene are introduced from the start of the journey. burning rubbish, burying human waste, cleaning, disinfecting and proper washing are routines which are established. All water is purified with iodine or potassium permanganate. We also carry a comprehensive First Aid Kit.
Food:
Packed in large plastic barrels this includes vegetables, fruit, bread, eggs, meat, jams, cereals and soups; tinned and dehydrated foods are also held in reserve. All the cooking is a group effort so the meals are always an interesting experience!
Personal spending money:
The trips are on an all inclusive basis so you only need money for drinks etc. at rest stops or at nearby villages.
Inclusive in the price:
We supply all the equipment so just bring yourself and your sleeping bag (if you have one) along and be prepared for a good time.
